Anonymous It's just simply not the same. How can two different actions be the same? You're trying to fall back on this argument of objectivity but the circumstances that surround acts of violence dictate the nature and consequences of them, making it highly subjective. The same applies to every other event or occurrence. You cannot realistically say that two conscious actions are the same in nature, especially when examining things morally.

You’re right. But, it shouldbe looked at objectively. Feminism argues that men and women deserve equal rights, if men and women are equal, the gender of two people shouldn’t be taken into account in a situation involving violence, because according to feminism, men and women are equal.

Man hits woman = violence

Woman hits man = violence

[Man = woman] = ‘x’

‘x’ = violence

‘x’ = violence

violence = violence

If you really want to get technical, I’m arguing FOR feminism.
